FOR BEST RESULTS

1. Abstain from all Toxins for 24-48 hours, before using any Detox.

2. No greasy foods, sugar or alcohol the night before and day of using any Detox.

3. No soda, tea, coffee, vinegar, fruit juices day of using any Detox.

4. Pre-Flush in the morning with no more than 3-4 glasses of water.

5. Eat a very light meal in the morning, but do not eat after taking any Detox.

6. No food or water 1 hour before drinking any Detox.

7. If you can not urinate 2-3 times, refill Detox bottle halfway again.

8. Do not use Cleansing pills, capsules, Etc. Day of using any Detox.
